There are only so many layers we can clear in one session. Then you need a few days for things to settle.So we go back in again around a week later to clear out a deeper level of layers, then leave to settle again.These initial two sessions are often enough to clear a good chunk of the issue, sometimes even fully healing in issue, depending on the type & severity.It will direct us to what else may need doing or healing, roughly how many more sessions may be required & any ongoing changes in diet/lifestyle etc. that may be needed to complement the sessions. Emotional issues tend to need less sessions, as they are often an emotional switch that needs flipping, where physical issues need to be worked on while the cells physically grow & replace, which can take time - Though, again, some physical changes can be felt even during the first session. Each session is followed up with an emailed report.- Single sessions can be booked following these two, if for the same issue, either to clear up any last bits of healing, or as a top up whenever needed.- Also, Block purchases can be made for on going support.
